Great service from Richard and colleagues. Cars are very well prepped and very well priced. Travelled from Yorkshire and they even picked me up from the station!
My experience at The Wright Car Company could have been better because they handled every issue with a very poor attitude and after finding out that they didn’t even register the car in my name so my insurance was invalid that was the worst issue of all.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as they offer a poor service with a even more dodgy product.

Thankyou for taking the time to review our company, the log book has been sent off to the DVLA , you just may not have received it as yet, I am not sure how this has made your car insurance invalid as you purchased the car early January 2025 ? Please provide proof to us and we will speak to the insurance company for you. We have not had any calls from you regarding the log book.

I'd recommend The Wright Car Company to anyone because we have so far been very happy with their customer service.
The experience at The Wright Car Company was fantastic because great friendly service no pressure sales so left to make own choices plus purchased previous vehicle there can highly recommend
I would not recommend The Wright Car Company because the vehicle I purchased has a petrol/exhaust smell when driving, knocking sound when the engine is on they said they will help I'm waiting to see if they can fix it, if they do I will come back and say they have fixed it. So I'm waiting
We have spoken to customer , she even has my personal mobile number, we offered to inspect the car if she was unhappy, vehicle was test driven and inspected before purchase and no issues was present, the car also had a new MOT, we also gave her the option to take the car into her own garage and report back to us is she didn't want to drive to us, her mechanic confirmed that the vehicle is fine and no knocking noise is present.
Customer also confirmed she would change her review, however has not done as yet.
